SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In addition to a unique shopping experience in TJF Store, we also offer quick and convenient shipping of your order.

Shipping Timeline:

Any product(s) you purchase from our store normally takes 8-12 business days to deliver.

Note: due to the global pandemic, there can be slight delays in order to arrive. You can contact us at contact@thejacketfactory.com if your product(s) is not shipped in the mentioned timeline.

Courier Service:

Working with USPS,FedEx, DHL, and Skynet Worldwide we generally deliver your order three to seven business days after you submit your order. We will inform you by email when your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs

All orders are free of shipping costs.

Invoice and delivery address

You can specify an address other than the invoice address for delivery of your order. First, enter your invoice address for the order. Then click on the ‘Enter different delivery address” button’. The only payment option for which a different delivery address is not possible is payment on an invoice.

Know where your items are at all times!

If you have registered with us, you can view and track your orders under ‘My account’.

We’ll also send you a package tracking link in the shipping confirmation. So you’ll be able to track your package at all times. It can take up to 24 hours before this link is activated.


We try our best to deliver the best product that mirrors exactly what you see on your monitor. However, many things can go wrong, which can result in you not liking the delivered work. For this purpose, we provide an option for return and exchange. 

We recommend that you read the size chart and order the size according to the same chart provided to prevent any mishap. We try our best to display the product in its true colors and style devoid of any artificial effects. However, there can be a slight difference in color due to room light, monitor screen, and so on.

In case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, feel free to send it back in the same shipment to expedite the process of return or exchange. Make sure that product is in the same condition as it was delivered and all the packing is intact. Include boxes as well when you are sending the product back; otherwise, it won’t be accepted. 

Order cancellation 

EU customers enjoy the perk of cancelling a purchase under the CPD (consumer protection distance selling) regulations. Cancellation is only acceptable if the product hasn’t been dispatched. If the delivery is already underway, a cancellation request would be rejected. 

How to return                          

For other customers, an option to return or exchange is always available. Just send back the package, we will notify you about the status through mail once we have received your package. Return or exchange is only applicable during the first 30 days, starting from the date product was delivered. Make sure that the product is in original packing & unworn/unused.

Refund 

If you are not satisfied with the product and can’t find an alternative size, color, or product on our website, you may request a refund. Upon the arrival of product, our teams will ensure whether the aforementioned conditions have been or not. You will receive a refund within 14 days after inspection from our team.
